AB  - This paper uses a contemporary perspective on ecosystem services to propose a method by which projects designed for sustainability may more fully capture or enhance ecosystem services. A comprehensive Ecosystem Services Evaluation Matrix is used to evaluate three designed landscapes, at different scales. The matrix is then incorporated into a revised sustainable landscape planning and design process. This approach uses evaluative tools within a decision making process to incorporate a broader range of ecosystem services in landscape planning and design.
